BWS Negotiations Update

NATCA has met with management four times over the last few weeks to discuss 2024’s BWS and Annual Leave. We have been ready and eager to sign for almost 2 weeks. Unfortunately management refuses to finalize the agreement. We know everyone is anxious and understand that this delay is not only inconvenient but impacts your plans for next year. We are working hard daily to encourage management to move forward, including at the district and regional levels. Please feel free to remind Chris Clark that you’re ready to start bidding. We appreciate your patience and hope to be bidding ASAP.
