Beaumont/SanJac Update

Barry and I met with Chris this morning and were able to resolve the B/J mandate issue. We presented him with a grievance for the violation of Article 7, with a resolution requested of him removing the 11/8 memo and collaboratively developing guidance on the topic Chris opted to immediately engage in a collaborative discussion regarding the issue, and removed the 11/8 memo from Team. We developed the attached guidance and removed the grievance.
