Beaumont/SanJac Mandate

Good Evening,

The local executive board has been working on the B/J mandate that Chris put into Team last week and it's been determined that it is a violation of Article 7 of the contract. NATCA doesn't support knee-jerk mandates that tie our hands operationally, and we do not support changes in working conditions that are not properly negotiated. We'll be filing a grievance tomorrow and will continue engaging with management in hopes of removing the mandate while the grievance process plays out. We'll keep you posted. Thanks!
