As some of you have seen, our new STARS update has four digits for the departure scratch pads. For example "L380 or T410."
This was an unintended consequence of enabling 4 letter airport IDs into the system. We gained the ability to *T an obscure heliport, but got a more cluttered departure tag as a result.
This is not something we are happy with, and we are pushing the terminal automation people to develop a fix. As soon as there is more information, we'll share it.
